Just a comment; I came across Mr James Magners Name while surfing a LIC NY web site. It brought back many memories of Mr & Mrs Magner, sitting out the window, (they lived on the first floor.) All summer long. this was during the 1950s ( I am 67) I worked next door in the Garage and we would talk and kid around All day long, I loved the way they talked ( me being italian). They had a son who was married to one of the Walshes who lived accros the street on 49th Ave, I forget his name he was Tall and Skinny I just wanted to Share this with you clan.
